At Happy Nest Printables, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
- Due to the instant access nature of digital items (PDFs, eBooks, printables, etc.), we do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once your order has been completed.
- Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be issued in the following rare situations:
- You accidentally purchased the same item twice.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your files, and we are unable to resolve it.
- The product was incorrectly listed or delivered in error.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for digital products. However, if you purchased the wrong item by mistake, please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to help.

If you purchased one of our products through another platform (such as Etsy or Gumroad), please refer to their return/refund policies in addition to ours.
